CHAIR WEYHRAUCH  announced that the  first order of  business was                                                               
SENATE BILL NO.  270, "An Act establishing  November as Avalanche

REPRESENTATIVE SEATON  moved to  report SB  270 out  of committee                                                               
with  individual  recommendations  and  the  accompanying  fiscal                                                               
notes.   There being no  objection, SB 270  was moved out  of the                                                               
House State Affairs Standing Committee.
